Appendix (Meyer et al., The substitution of high-resolution terrestrial biosphere
models and carbon sequestration in response to changing CO2 and climate)
This site provides analytical representations for the productivity and
response functions, used to build pulse response substitute models for
two High Resolution Terrestrial Biosphere Models (High Resolution Biosphere
Model and Frankfurt Biosphere Model) and the Four Box Biosphere of the Berne
Carbon Cycle Model.
The functions are documented and given in a postscript file and as Fortran 90
code.
