Turry Ouma (PhD student)
Turry Ouma joined the SDSC in July 2022 in a joint PhD position with ETHZ to work on the N2O-SSA project. Her research is focused on isotopic measurements and the application of machine learning and data analytics in environmental science. Before her PhD program, Turry was a senior research associate in data science at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture within the sub-Saharan Africa region. Turry holds an MSc in Research Methodology with a focus on statistics and biometrics from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
